As part of its diversification strategy and its E&S strategy, Aradei Capital has signed a strategic partnership in the private health sector in Morocco for the development of 7 private clinics across different cities of the Kingdom

In September 2021, Aradei Capital joined a Joint Venture AKDITAL IMMO, founded by Akdital Holding and BFO Partners. In January 2022, Aradei completed the acquisition of a 51% majority stake of Akdital Immo which will engage an investment of 1 billion dirhams over 2021-2023  to develop private clinics. Aradei completed the acquisition of a majority stake of 51% of Akdital Immo in January 2022. These investments would provide a capacity of 900 beds located in 7 cities across Morocco: El Jadida (opened in June 2021), Tangier, Agadir, Salé, Safi, as well as two other cities under study.

These healthcare establishments are leased by AKDITAL IMMO to AKDITAL Holding under long-term lease contracts.
